FAQs
Q:How does this massager work for hands, arms, and wrists? Do you need to frequently change accessories?
-
No need to change accessories! It can be freely adjusted with Velcro straps.
Q:What are the conveniences of the wireless charging model compared to the wired one? Is the battery life sufficient?
-
It has a built-in 5000mAh battery, which can last for 2-3 hours on a full charge (15 minutes of use per day can last for 2 weeks). It supports Type-C charging, so you don't have to worry about tangled cables when traveling on business.
Note: It is recommended to use the original 5V/2A charger to avoid overcharging and affecting battery life.
Q:Can the massage intensity for different parts be adjusted separately? How should beginners choose the mode?
-
Of course! For the wrist, we recommend 3 levels of air pressure (light kneading, kneading, and stretching) + low-frequency vibration to relieve mouse hand. For the arm, you can choose 5 levels of vibration + heat therapy (40-50℃) to relax the muscles. For the hand, turn on the red light + air pressure to promote circulation. For first-time users, it is recommended to start with the "low" setting for a comfortable and non-irritating experience.
Q:Who is this massager most suitable for?
-
It is highly recommended for office workers who suffer from "mouse hand" due to long-term keyboard use, "phubbers" (people who constantly look down at their phones), sports enthusiasts with sore arms after workouts, and middle-aged and elderly people with discomfort in their hand joints (such as tenosynovitis). It is especially suitable for those who frequently use their hands in their occupations, such as piano teachers, manicurists, and programmers, for early prevention and maintenance against strain.
Q:In what scenarios can it be used in daily life? Is it convenient to carry around?
-
It weighs only 450g, so it can be easily put in a handbag or suitcase! You can use it to massage your wrist during lunch break, relax your arms after exercise, or relieve hand stiffness on a plane. Note: Make sure the strap is neither too tight nor too loose when using it to avoid affecting blood circulation.
Q:Are there any points to note when using on different parts of the body?
-
- Wrist: When there is joint swelling, turn off the air pressure function first and only use the red light + heat therapy mode.
- Arm: Avoid heat therapy on the area with phlebitis and do not exceed level 2 for air pressure.
- Hand: If the nails are too long, it is recommended to trim them to prevent scratching the fabric surface.
Each use should not exceed 15 minutes. Wait at least 3 hours between uses on the same area and do not use more than three times a day to allow the muscles sufficient rest time.
Q:Can red light and heat therapy hurt the skin? Can pregnant women use it?
Q:Can people with diabetes or children use it?
-
People with diabetes should pay attention to their hand's sensitivity. Set the heat to below 45℃ and check the skin for redness or swelling after use.
For children under 12 years old, it is recommended to use it under adult supervision and choose the lowest setting to protect their delicate joints.
Q:Will the massage interfere with hand movements, such as typing or holding a pen?
-
The wrist mode is semi-open design, so typing and holding a cup are not affected at all;
the arm strap is adjustable in tightness, allowing for elbow bending without any restraint; although the hand mode is fully enclosed, it supports touchscreen operation (replying to messages and changing songs are a breeze), making it super convenient to work while using it.
Q:Is it noisy?
-
The noise is within the acceptable range for the human body (≤55dB), so it won't disturb colleagues in the office. Don't worry if you lose the base. The control panel has a Type-C interface, so you can charge it directly with a phone charger or a power bank.
Q:How soon can I see the effect? Do I need to combine it with other care?
-
You can feel your wrist is less stiff after using it for 10 minutes for the first time. If you keep using it for a week, the numbness in your fingers will be improved significantly! It is recommended to combine it with simple stretching (such as making a fist and stretching, or circling your arms), which will double the relaxation effect and also prevent recurrence.
Q:Is the material skin-friendly? How should it be cleaned properly?
-
The part that comes into contact with the skin is made of medical-grade silicone and breathable Lycra fabric, which is soft and does not cause sweating.
For daily cleaning, wipe the surface with alcohol wipes. Do not wash or soak it in water. Use a soft-bristled brush to clean the dust in the gaps of the airbags once a month to keep it clean and more durable.
